Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situate in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
LOT 19 AND THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 20, OF ZEPHYR RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGES 78 THROUGH 80, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH A 1995 PALM MOBILE HOME WITH VIN NUMBERS PH069524AFL, PH069524BFL, AND PH069524CFL AND TITLE NUMBERS 67795710, 67795712 AND 67795711.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on November 9, 2019.
