Lot #22, PRATHER'S ROYAL PALM SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 18, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Commonly known as 927 22nd Street South, Saint Petersburg, FL 33711 with Tax Parcel Number 26/31/16/72864/000/022
Has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Catherine C. Ingrande, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 3935 16th Street North, STE 100, Saint Petersburg, FL 33703, on or before 28 Days From 1st Publication and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's Attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
