RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on September 9, 2020 in Case No. 18-007372-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and JENNIFER BRANDY ARNOLD, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10 day of November, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 10, Block 23, YOUNG'S SUBDIVISION DELUXE, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 75, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
