YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Petition for Discharge has been filed in this court by ROBERT VANDERPOOL, Plenary Guardian of the Property of CHRISTOPHER VANDERPOOL (the Ward). The name and address of the guardian and the guardian's attorney is set forth below.
The jurisdiction of the ward is being transferred to the jurisdiction of the Nineteenth Judicial District, Lake County, Illinois.
All creditors of the ward and other persons having claims or demands against the ward's estate on whom a copy of this notice is required to be served must file their claims with this court ON OR BEFORE THE LATER OF 3 MONTHS AFTER THE TIME OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
All other creditors of the ward and other persons having claims or demands against ward's estate must file their claims with this court WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
