NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 26, 2020, and entered in Case No. 19-000929-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR SPECIALIZED LOAN TRUST 2007-01 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and THOMAS J. SCARPETTA A/K/A THOMAS SCARPETTA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS J. SCARPETTA A/K/A THOMAS SCARPETTA, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 1st day of December, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 3 BOULEVARD PARK NO. 1 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEROF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 50, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 4180 71st Avenue North, Pinellas Park, Florida 33781
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
