NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 29, 2020, and entered in Case No. 53-2019-CA-004082 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, d/b/a Christiana Trust, not individually but as trustee for Pretium Mortgage Acquisition Trust, is the Plaintiff and Andrew B. Gilchrist, Amy A. Gilchrist, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., solely as nominee for Mortgageit, Inc., its successors and/or assigns, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the November 13, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 15, BLOCK R, RICHLAND MANOR, UNIT NO.6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 47 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
