NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count II of Plaintiff's Complaint entered on September 8, 2020 in the above-referenced matter pending in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, the Clerk of this Court will sell the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida:
Lot 27, in Block 101, of the plat of TWINEAGLES, PHASE TWO, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 44, Pages 41 through 70, inclusive, of the public records of Collier County, Florida

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on October 29, 2020 at 11:00 a.m., in the lobby of the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
