NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 5, 2020, and entered in Case No. 2019 CA 005344 NC of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein STRATHMORE RIVERSIDE VILLAS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and SHEILA K. CAMPBELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHEILA K. CAMPBELL and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY are Defendants, Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash:
[ ] www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 9:00 a.m., on the 10th day of November, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit V-66, STRATHMORE RIVERSIDE VILLAS, SECTION 1, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 836, Page 207, and amendments thereto, including Official Records Book 2857, page 873, which supersedes the original declaration, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 3, Pages 50, 50A, 50B and 50C, and amendments thereto, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
A/K/A: 2752 Riverbluff Place, Unit V-66, Sarasota, FL 34231
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
