NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated October 1, 2020 entered in Civil Case No. 20-CA-000166 in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONAL COMMUNITY CAPITAL FUND TAMPA #1, LLC, Plaintiff and OLIVER R. HOYTE and FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION are defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on November 30, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
