NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 25, 2020, and pursuant to an Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No.: 19-CA-006431 Division: K of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CLAUDIA A. WARD A/K/A CLAUDIA ADRIANA WARD A/K/A CLAUDIA WARD, CROSS CREEK 11 MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Court shall sell the subject property at public sale on November 13, 2020 to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 7, conducted electronically online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com. All electronic sales will begin at 10:00 a.m. and continue until all scheduled sales have been completed.
The following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment will be sold:
LOT 29, BLOCK 8, CROSS CREEK PARCEL “K”, PHASE 2B, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 94, PAGE 99, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ALSO KNOWN AS 10512 BENEVA DRIVE, TAMPA, FL 33647.
NOTICE Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
