Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Second Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 23, 2020, entered in 16-007606-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ALAN ENGMAN is the Plaintiff and JULIA SHEAR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE of JULIA SHEAR n/k/a Phillip Shear; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 n/k/a Ashlynn Pierce; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 n/k/a Zack Shear are the Defendants. Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on December 15, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 29, Block 42, MEADOWLAWN SEVENTH ADDITION, as recorded in Plat Book 39, page 13, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 1030 77th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, FL 33702
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within one (1) year after the sale.
