NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment dated September 30, 2020 and entered in Case No.: 20-1666-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF CLEARWATER, a municipal corporation, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, GRANTEES, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, AND CREDITORS OF LEONA BROCKINGTON CLARK, DECEASED, WADE WALLER CLARK and CHRISTINE CLARK are the Defendants. Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinelas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on November 5, 2020 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 27, Block B, GREENWOOD PARK, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 22, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
