YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 18, AND AN UNDIVIDED 4.16% INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO, THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF IMPERIAL COVE CONDOMINIUM V, AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3384, PAGES 828 THRU 891 INCLUSIVE, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 26 THRU 30 INCLUSIVE, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A Lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A., Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 28059 U.S. Highway 19 North, Suite 301, Clearwater Florida 33761, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
