NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 9, LEISURE LAKE VILLAGE, a Condominium, all as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium and the exhibits attached thereto and forming a part thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 6347, Page 292, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, including but not limited to all appurtenances to the condominium unit above described, including the undivided interest in the common elements of said condominium. Together with a 1980 Palm HA Mobile Home further identified by Title Number 17468532 and VIN 16543. With the following street address: 816 N. Jasmine Avenue, Tarpon Springs, Florida, 34689.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 6, 2020.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
