NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order Granting Plaintiff's Second Ex-Parte Motion to Reset Judicial Sale rendered on October 16, 2020 in Case No. 17-000997-CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Innova Investment Group, LLC and Izaro Etxea, LLC are the Plaintiffs and Ferdinand Dezwart; Vivien Dezwart; Charlotte County, Florida; together with any heirs, devisees, grantees, Assignees, creditors, lienors, or trustees of said Defendant(s) and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against defendants; and Unknown Tenant in Possession are the Defendants. Pursuant to said Final Judgment and Order granting Plaintiff's Second Ex-parte Motion to reset Judicial Sale, the Clerk of the Court for Charlotte County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on November 30, 2020, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 23, Block 3186, Port Charlotte Subdivision Section Fifty One, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page(s) 65A through 65H, inclusive, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
