NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2019CA002748AX of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY, Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF HELEN JOAN BRUST, DECEASED, et al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 18th day of November, 2020, the following described property:
