NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 16, 2020, and entered in 2018CA002905 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and LISA A. LOGUE A/K/A LISA ANN LOGUE; ROBERT S. LOGUE A/K/A ROBERT STEVEN LOGUE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT S. LOGUE A/K/A ROBERT STEVEN LOGUE N/K/A DANIELLE LOGUE; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; MANATEE COUNTY CLERK OF COURTS are the Defendant(s).
