Unit Week No. 50 in Condominium Parcel 14, Gulf Pointe, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium and exhibits thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 959 at Page 1957 through 2017, inclusive, as amended, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action, on the Plaintiff's attorney, Todd B.
