IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
CIVIL ACTION
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on November 5, 2020 at eleven o'clock a.m. held in the lobby of the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 492 of VILLAGE WALK, PHASE FOUR, a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 26, Page 60 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Pursuant to the order or final judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is:
