ESPOSITO, LAUREL OAK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, are the Defendants, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the above-entitled Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder, or bidders, for cash, on the 18th day of November, 2020, at 11:00 a.m., except as set forth herein, at www.sarasota. realforeclose.com, the real and personal property described as follows as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure situated in Sarasota County, Florida:
