LOT 12, BLOCK 6, WESTCHASE SECTION 115, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71, AT PAGES 71-1, THROUGH 71-7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Robert A. Solove, Esq., Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is: SOLOVE LAW FIRM, P.A., Kendallwood Office Park One, 12002 S.W. 128th Court, Suite 201, Miami, Florida 33186, on or before thirty (30) days from first publication date, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court by November 16, 2020 either before service upon Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
