YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in LEE County, Florida:
LOT 11, BLOCK 10, SABAL SPRINGS GOLF AND RACQUET CLUB, UNIT ONE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41 AT PAGES 14 THROUGH 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to it on FLORIDA COMMUNITY LAW GROUP, P.L., Attorney for SABAL SPRINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., whose address is 1855 Griffin Road, Suite A-423, Dania Beach, FL 33004 and file the original with the clerk of the above styled court (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later); otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in THE BUSINESS OBSERVER (Lee County Newspaper)
