YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you to quiet title on the following property located in Charlotte County, Florida:
Lot 13, Block 570, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, Section 20, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 2-A through 2-Z-42, inclusive, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, upon plaintiff's attorney, Marty J. Solomon, Esquire, whose address is 28100 U.S. Hwy. 19 North, Suite 104, Clearwater, Florida 33761, within 30 days of the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
