NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2019CA-003470-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JAMES FRANKLIN GATES, DECEASED, et al., are Defendants, clerk of the Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.POLK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 30th day of November, 2020, the following described property:
LOT 89, WILLOW WISP PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 76, PAGE 24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
