NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 10, 2020, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-02327 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which MTGLQ Investors, L.P. , is the Plaintiff and Justin J Edwards aka Justin Edwards, Coventry at Stratford Place Recreation Association, Inc., Coventry at Stratford Place Section III Condominium Association, Inc., Stratford Place Master Association, Inc., are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 12 day of November, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 2008, BUILDING 20, PHASE 6, COVENTRY AT STRATFORD PLACE, SECTION III, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3690, AT PAGE 1203, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
