Lots 4 and 5, Block 17, LINCOLN PARK, Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 43, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.lee. realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on November 18, 2020.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
