NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 6, 2018, and Amended on July 9, 2020, and the Order entered August 24, 2020 entered in Case No. 2018-CA-003539 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit, in and for MANATEE County, Florida, where in M&T BANK, is the Plaintiff and KRISTIN ALCORN, JOHN HARDING GETTLE, III, TRUSTEE OF THE JOHN HARDING GETTLE, III TRUST, PEBBLE SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF BRADENTON, INC., JOHN HARDING GETTLE, III, INDIVIDUALLY, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on October 15, 2020, beginning at 11:00 A.M., at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Amended Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in MANATEE County, Florida, to wit:
Unit 6358 PEBBLE SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM, CLUSTER II, as per Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 788, Page 124, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 6, Pages 88, 89 and 90, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
