NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 15, 2020 and Order Resetting Sale Date dated August 24, 2020, and entered in Case No. 2019CA 02308-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein SIMON BRYAN SMITH a/ka SIMON BRYAN-SMITH, JOY BRYAN SMITH a/k/a JOY BRYAN-SMITH, CO-TRUSTEE, UNDER THE UNRECORDED REVOCABLE TRUST DATED JUNE 12, 2006, THE DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE and WATERSONG HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. EST Time, on September 24, 2020, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 38, WATERSONG PHASE ONE, according to the or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 135, Page 45, Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
With an address of: 110 Orange Cosmos Blvd., Davenport FL 33837.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
