IAIN BOWMAN, LINDA BOWMAN, and JOHN DOE and JANE DOE, as unknown tenants, Defendants.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 5th day of October, 2020, at 10:00 a.m., at www.polk.realforeclose.com in POLK County, Florida, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the Clerk of Court will offer for sale the real estate described as follows:
Lot 95, TUSCAN RIDGE PHASE THREE, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 120, Pages 11 and 12, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida a/k/a 562 Dolcetto Dr., Davenport, FL 33897
together with all structures, improvements, fixtures, and appurtenances on said land or used in conjunction therewith.
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to an Amended Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count II entered in this cause on August 21, 2020. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
