NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 16th day of February, 2018, in Civil Action No. 16-CA-01333, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which HANNY HANEIN, REGIONS BANK, an Alabama for profit corporation, FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION, CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), N.A., and LVNV FUNDING, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company are the Defendants, and VALENCIA LAKES AT ORANGETREE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 17th day of September, 2020, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
LOT 2, VALENCIA LAKES PHASE 4-A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 32 THROUGH 36, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
