Polzak, Esq., PETITIONER'S attorney, whose address is 1 South School Avenue, Suite 700, Sarasota, Florida 34237, on or before the 5 day of October 2020, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before Service on PETITIONER'S attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
