NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated September 29, 2017 and Order granting U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE CABANA SERIES IV TRUST's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated August 28, 2020, entered in case No. 12-010358-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE CABANA SERIES IV TRUST is the Assignee of the Plaintiff, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. and STATE OF FLORIDA, KENNETH VANCE and KIMBERLY VANCE are the Defendants. KEN BURKE, CPA, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at public sale online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM EST, on OCTOBER 7, 2020, the following-described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 21, SKYVIEW TERRACE FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGES 29 THROUGH 31, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
