NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Uniform Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated March 21, 2019 and Order granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated August 27, 2020, entered in case No. 15-003854-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SPACE COAST ASSETS, LLC is the Plaintiff and DAVID ROCK and CANDACE A. ROCK, et. al. are the Defendants. KEN BURKE, CPA, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM EST, on OCTOBER 29, 2020, the following-described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 3, WEDGEWOOD PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
including the buildings, appurtenances, and fixtures located thereon.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
