SCOPE OF PROJECT: The Pinellas County School Board (the district) requests qualification statements from experienced and qualified firms or individuals to provide Architectural Design Services.

Scope of work: New construction and renovation of existing campus. Construct new cafeteria with music/band room. Construct new parking area and parent loop. Renovation of existing cafeteria into classrooms.

PHASE 2 PRELIMINARY DESIGN DOCUMENTS & SPECIFICATIONS:
60 DAYS
PHASE 3 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS & SPECIFICATIONS: 90 DAYS
Such time limitations shall be exclusive of review and approval.
