NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated April 7, 2020, entered in Case No.: 2019 CA 525 of the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein CRAIG KARDON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CRAIG KARDON; NOTTINGHAM HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF POLK COUNTY, INC.; SECRETARY OF VETERANS AFFAIRS; CLEARWATER BAY MARINA, INC.; and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, are the Defendants, that Stacy M.
