Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure and sale entered in this cause pending in the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida, being Civil Number 2019-CA-004772-0001-XX, the undersigned Clerk will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:

At public sale, to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 am on the 24th day of September, 2020, by the Collier County Clerk of Court by in person sale in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 as designated by the Clerk of the Court, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale.
