YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to vacate an easement and quiet title the following property in Collier County, Florida:
The South ½ of the South ½ of the Northwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of Section 23, Township 50 South, Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida, less the West 100 feet thereof, and subject to an easement for roadway purposes over the south 30 feet thereof, and an easement for ingress and egress over the East 30 feet thereof.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Mark A. Slack, Esq., the Plaintiffs' attorney, whose address is 9045 Strada Stell Court, Suite 400, Naples, Florida 34109, on or before October 10, 2020 and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the Plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
