NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure” (the “Final Judgment”), entered on March 4, 2020, and the “Order Granting Lender's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale,” entered on August 31, 2020, in the above-styled action in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Pinellas County will sell the real property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described on the attached Exhibit “A” to the highest bidder, for cash, to be held online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on October 21, 2020, at 10:00 a.m.

Lot 11, Block 77, TARPON SPRINGS ENTERPRISES REPLAT, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 10, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
