NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 27, 2020 in Civil Case No. 52-2019-CA-004794 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and JENA M. GREGG A/K/A JEAN GREGG, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6th day of October, 2020 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The South 85 feet of the West 2/3 of the West 1/2 of the South 1/2 of the South 1/2; LESS the West 142 feet thereof of Farm 33 in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 32, Township 30 South, Range 16 East, according to the plat of Pinellas Farms, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Pages 4 and 5, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
