The applicant is requesting a Special Exception and related Site Plan to construct an accessory surface parking lot on a residentially zoned lot. The applicant is requesting a 2-foot variance to the interior green yard requirement and a variance to construct an 8-foot tall wall. The Development Review Commission (DRC) Public Hearing is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. and will be conducted as a virtual Zoom meeting.
