Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, ROGER D. EATON, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situate in Charlotte County, Florida, described as:

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on October 5, 2020.
