NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 1, 2020, in Case No. 2020 CC 5, the undersigned Clerk of Court of Manatee County, Florida, will, on December 31, 2020, at 11:00 a.m., via the internet atwww.manatee.realforeclose.com offer for public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property located in Manatee County, Florida:
Lot 4178 River Club South Subphase IV a Subdivision according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 32, Pages 85 through 98 inclusive of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
