NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2019CA003799000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Apex Mortgage Corp. is the Plaintiff and Brian S. Martel a/k/a Brian Scott Martel are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00AM on the 9th day of October, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LOTS 8 AND 9 AND THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 10 AND THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 15, LESS THE EAST 19.74 FEET OF LOT 15 FOR STREET, LOTS 16 AND 17, LESS THE EAST 19.75 FEET OF LOTS 16 AND 17, FOR STREET, BLOCK “K”, ROANOKE HILLS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
