NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 8, 2020 entered in Civil Case No. 2020-CA-1239 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 1 day of October, 2020 in the lobby on the third floor at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida 34112, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit No. 6 in Building 100, of Granada Lakes Villas Condominium, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3639, at Page 1537, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereof as set forth in said Declaration.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
