RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on August 19, 2020 in Case No. 18-CA-010776 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein PRIMELENDING, A PLAINSCAPITAL COMPANY, is Plaintiff, and EUGENE P. MICKEL, JR A/K/A EUGENE PHILIP MICKEL, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12 day of October, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 3, DEL WEBB'S SUN CITY CENTER FLORIDA UNIT 52, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 67, PAGE 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
