NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 25, 2020, entered in Case No. 11-CA-005447 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DRI MORTGAGE OPPORTUNITY FUND, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership is the Plaintiff and SUSAN BUTLER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SUSAN BUTLER N/K/A JAMES AITKEN, TAYLOR, BEAN AND WHITAKER MORTGAGE COMPANY, and TAMPA BAY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, PAT FRANK, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at public sale on December 23, 2020, at 10:00 AM electronically online at the following website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following-described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:

including the buildings, appurtenances, and fixtures located thereon.
