THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-7, is Plaintiff and LOUELLA STAPLETON; UNKNOWN HEIRS OF NEVA STAPLETON; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY; THE OHIO CASUALTY INSURANCE COMPANY A/K/A OHIO CASUALTY GROUP; FRANK STAPLETON; BRENDA STAPLETON; ELAINE ROJAS; CHRISTINE JOHNSON, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 20th day of OCTOBER, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
