Notice is hereby given that Petitioner, Pirate Water Taxi, LLC (“Pirate Water Taxi”), as owner of the 45-foot Aluminum Hull Passenger Vessel PIRATE PAT, Official Number 1165031, has filed a Complaint pursuant to Title 46, U.S. Code §§ 30501 et seq., claiming the right to exoneration from or limitation of liability for all claims allegedly resulting from an accident which occurred on or about January 12, 2020 on the navigable water of the United States, as more fully set forth in the Complaint. Any and all persons or corporations claiming damage for any and all losses, destruction or damage arising from, or relating to, the matters set forth in the Complaint shall file their claims with the Clerk of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division, SAM M. GIBBONS UNITED STATES COURTHOUSE, 801 N. FLORIDA AVE., TAMPA, FL 33602, and serve on or mail to the Petitioner's attorneys, Anthony J. Cuva, Bajo | Cuva | Cohen | Turkel, 100 N. Tampa Street, Suite 1900, Tampa, FL 33602, a copy thereof on or before October 30, 2020; any and all persons or corporations desiring to contest allegations of the Complaint shall also file an answer in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and shall serve on or mail a copy thereof to the attorneys for Petitioners, on or before October 30, 2020.
