Non-exclusive easement for ingress and egress for walkway and family vehicular traffic over and across the areas so designated on the Surveyor's Plats being Exhibit “B” attached to the Condominium Declaration recorded in Official Records Book 1127, Page 297 and Official Records Book 1127, Page 344, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, for Enterprise Phase of Harbor Square Section of Schooner Bay Condominium and Columbia Phase of Harbor Square Section of Schooner Bay Condominium, respectively.
Parcel 3:
Non-exclusive easement for ingress and egress over and across Tract A of North Key, Unit 1, recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 27, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
PARCEL 4:
Non-exclusive easement for ingress and egress and utilities over and across the property described in Exhibit “B” of the instrument recorded in Official Records Book 1845, Page 2478, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, for the benefit of the property described in Exhibit “A” of said instrument.

at a public sale to the highest bidder on October 2, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with the Final Summary Judgment and the Order Rescheduling Judicial Sale.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
