THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-63 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-63 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and CARL NORIEGA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARL NORIEGA; CITY OF CAPE CORAL, FLORIDA; SUNTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Circuit Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 19TH day of OCTOBER, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
